Our philosophy
All cases, no matter how large and no matter how complex, ultimately turn on no more than a few short points of juxtaposed fact and law. The identification of those points as they emerge in the case, and concentration thereon to the exclusion of the irrelevant and extraneous, is we believe the key to the development of the right technical and factual evidence and the presentation of persuasive submissions to a tribunal.
In the larger sort of case the critical points can often easily be subsumed and overwhelmed by a mass of conflicting, and often largely, if not wholly, ultimately irrelevant complex technical and factual evidence. Our advice and presentation of the material aims to concentrate throughout on viewing the evidence in its proper prospective and with a critical eye in the light of its overall weight and relevance to the outcome of the matter.
